Suggestion made that altar be used without altar cloth.
Discussion revealed some division of opinion but general agreement that we should try this.

Re-ordering St Anne's
All had received Richard Giles report prior to meeting.
Keith outlined rationale for layout suggested. Richard is experienced in reordering but it was stressed that this is just one person's view.
Drawings referred to in the report were circulated during the meeting. Extensive discussion ensued including responses from Peter Roberts which had been forwarded to the meeting.
Discussion displayed a desire to explore ways that St Anne's could be reordered but it was generally accepted that further time for consideration was needed.

It was agreed that Michael organise a day visit to St Stephen's Wallbrook.

Deliberations re Parish Weekend were reported : suggestion was Pioneer Centre, Cleobury Mortimer, Saturday morning to Sunday lunch time, cost aprox. £110 for adults, minimum 50 people, early September.
General idea was welcomed but cost felt to be a problem especially when total cost per family is considered.
Planning group to consider further how event might be subsidised. Michael, Carole and Keith to sort date for visit to St Steven.
