MUD Group - Walk 31st January 2009
7 miles (correction 8 miles according to Mark) walk around Croft Castle.
Leader - Tony Redstall.
14 members partook.
Weather was dry but cloudy with the sun partly breaking through towards the end of the walk.
The stop for lunch on top of the remains of an iron age fort was short due to the wind chill!
All who started out returned (no lost sheep!) and the walk was rounded of by a beer at the
pub in Aymestrey.
