Eco links

    Eco Links

Here are a few organisations that may prove useful : most are links to websites.
All have been used and recommended by fellow parishioners and many websites include links on to other useful sites.
If you find any that no longer work or have become less relevant in any way please let us know via
Parish Webmaster.
Equally importantly please tell us if you know of an organisation or website that you would like to add to the list
(especially if none of the above already has a link to it).

Where relevant please help to share these resources with those who do not have internet access : e.g. by providing access to Freecycle.

"Reduce" and "reuse" may be arguably have more benefit, but this one-stop recycling information centre is really helpful to aid effective recycling.

Local charity shops etc. will be the first port of call, but if you want to cast the net a little further, the following might help.
This local Freecycle group is part of a world-wide community. If you have unwanted items they can be offered for re-use, or you can advertise for something you need.
Wyre Forest Freecycle

This part of the Worcestershire and Herefordshire Waste Minimisation website has lists of organisations that will pass on your unwanted furniture, electrical items, bicycle and other household item to people in need or make them available for sale after refurbishment/checking. Often the organisations also meet a social need by providing work/training for disadvantaged members of our community.
